Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen whole strawberries, unsweetened
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 ½ cups low-fat or fat-free milk
8 ounces low-fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
