Master Gardeners are an enthusiastic group of volunteers who love to share their gardening passion and know-how. They give talks, teach classes, manage teaching gardens, answer gardening questions, offer horticultural therapy and recognize Bay-Wise landscapes.
Our goal is to inform and inspire as we teach safe, effective gardening techniques that build healthier backyards and communities.
Join us. If you have a green thumb, love to learn and share what you know, you could be a Master Gardener.

Maryland Master Gardeners support the mission of the University of Maryland Extension by educating residents about safe, effective, and sustainable horticultural practices that build healthy gardens, landscapes, and communities.
