• 4-H Dog Project Record (PDF) - Complete for dog project
• 4-H Horse Project Record (PDF) - Complete for horse project 
• 4-H Large Animal Breeding Record (PDF) - Complete one per species for Breeding Animals (Beef Cattle, Sheep, Swine, Meat Goat, and Dairy Goat)

Maryland 4-H Scholarship Opportunities

• Maryland 4-H Foundation Scholarships - Each year Maryland education scholarships are awarded to current Maryland 4-H members or alumni(ae) who will be enrolled at an accredited college, university, or post high school vocational program in the fall of the year in which they apply.
