Up, Down and Around Salad

Ingredients:

1 bottle Low-fat dressing
Choose at least two ingredients from each category below.

"Ups" : Leaf Lettuce Head, 2 Bell Peppers, Broccoli Crowns

"Downs": Carrot Bunch, Radish Bunch, Jicama

"Arounds":  2 Cucumbers, 2 Tomatoes, 12 ounce bag Green Beans

 

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice each vegetable.
  2. Combine all vegetables into a large mixing bowl with salad dressing.
