Directions:
- Cut celery stalks into 2-inch lengths.
- Cut thin slices of cucumber and then cut those slices in half.
- Fill celery sticks with hummus.
- Place 1 tomato on top of the hummus.
- Place two half slices of cucumber, with the flat part down, in the hummus behind the tomato.
- (Optional) Slice thin pieces of celery to use as antennae.
