Welcome to Cecil County 4-H!
The Cecil County 4-H Youth Development Program offers opportunities for youth ages 5-18 to live, learn, grow and have fun! Opportunities include club meetings, project activities, workshops, contests, camps, fairs and more.
4-H is the youth development branch of the University of Maryland Extension. 4-H teaches youth life skills such as responsibility, decision making, communication, leadership and much more! 4-H'ers learn these life skill through hands-on education. Youth choose project areas of interest to learn these life skills.
