- In a medium bowl, add salmon, lemon juice, celery, bell pepper, and onion.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Add beaten eggs to the salmon mixture.
- Add the bread crumbs and flour to the salmon mixture and stir until well-combined.
- Form salmon mixture into 6 patties.
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add vegetable oil.
- Cook patties in pan for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove patties from skillet and place on a clean paper towel to drain excess oil.
