Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Wash and cut Brussels sprouts in half.
- Toss Brussels sprouts, lemon, garlic, oil, and thyme in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Spread mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Roast without stirring for about 20 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Remove from oven and place into a serving dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
