Celery Bugs

Servings: 10

Ingredients:

4 Celery stalks, washed
½ cup hummus
1 Mini cucumber, washed
10 cherry or grape tomatoes of various colors, washed

Directions:

 

  1. Cut celery stalks into 2-inch lengths.  
  2. Cut thin slices of cucumber and then cut those slices in half. 
  3. Fill celery sticks with hummus.
  4. Place 1 tomato on top of the hummus.  
  5. Place two half slices of cucumber, with the flat part down, in the hummus behind the tomato. 
  6. (Optional) Slice thin pieces of celery to use as antennae.
