Day on the Farm

We invite you to spend a Day on the Farm!

The Day on the Farm program invites you to meet a Maryland farm family, tour their facilities, learn about how our food is produced, and how it gets from the farm to the table.

As a natural expansion of our annual event -- Breakfast on the Farm -- this new virtual tour allows everyone to experience a local Maryland farm.

DeBaugh Family Dairy Farm

Our first tour introduces you to the DeBaugh family of Washington County, Md. and takes you through their dairy farm where you can see calves, the milking process, learn about the growth cycle from calf to cow, nutrition and animal care, farm equipment, and so much more!

Day on the Farm Events

Due to COVID-19, we do not currently have in-person events planned, but check back with us as we will be working to bring back Breakfast on the Farm and potentially other events as part of our Day on the Farm program!
