Happy New Year! As we start 2024, are there any healthy changes that you would like to make in your daily routine? Sit down as a family and have everyone share something that they are proud of from 2023. Then create a healthy family goal for 2024. Your goal might be to do more of something, such as eating vegetables for lunch, or to do less of something, like drinking sodas or watching TV.
Write the goal down on a piece of paper and place it on the refrigerator so that everyone sees it each day.
Throughout the month of January, we will highlight a topic each week and share ways to be successful in creating these lifelong changes, even with a busy schedule. Here is our upcoming schedule:
